CONTRACT MAINTENANCE SUPPORT
£110 per hour
1-5 Users (2 hours per month)
6-20 Users (4 hours per month)
21-50 Users (8 hours per month)
With all contracts, email and telephone support is included in all packages, as well as weekly remote file server & email backup monitoring.
Onsite visits and remote sessions are charged @ £110 per hour (minimum 4 hours).
REMOTE COMPUTER & TELEPHONE SUPPORT
£110 per hour for remote access and telephone support between 09.30 - 18.00 Monday - Friday

CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
To cancel a pre-arranged appointment you would need to give at least 48 hours notice, or 1 hour onsite cancellation fee.
